From the moment I stepped into my role as a manager within the NHS, I knew I was part of something profoundly impactful. One particular incident stands out in my memory as a turning point. It was a typical busy Tuesday when I met Mr. Thompson, a client whose story deeply moved me. His primary concern was not just his illness but the impersonal nature of the care he received.
